Log in to your Biotique account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the product is unopened, seals are intact, and it is placed inside its original brand box with all documentation.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.
Refund Processing
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
