Do you test your products on animals?
No, Biotique is a cruelty-free brand. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our ingredients or finished products, and we are committed to ethical manufacturing practices.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they arrived damaged.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Net Banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select locations.
